Ginger Collins with Buderim Ginger Refresher Cordial

This is a great recipe to try when entertaining as you can make a larger amount and serve from a carafe.
Ingredients:
- 75ml Buderim Refresher Cordial
- 200ml Fresh Apple Juice
- 200ml Soda Water
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- Granny Smith Apple (for garnish)
Method:
- Add liquid ingredients into large carafe. Add sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Fill carafe with ice. Stir.
- Garnish glassware with Apple Fan.
