Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg whisked
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Peanut oil for frying
- Buderim Ginger Sushi Ginger
Marinade
- Buderim Ginger Original Ginger Marinade
- ½ cup Buderim Ginger No Sugar Ginger Beer and Muddled Lime Refresher
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Method:
- Trim chicken fillets and slice into even sized strips
- Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over sliced chicken strips, mix well
- Marinade for a few hours then drain well
- Toss chicken strips in cornflour, shaking any excess
- Dip chicken into egg mixture, roll in panko & sesame seeds mixture, pushing to coat the chicken well
- Chill in fridge
- Cook lightly in peanut oil till golden brown & cooked through, drain
- Serve with Sushi Ginger & add to your favourite Poke bowl
Can be frozen.
