Recipe Ginger Chicken Tenders


  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg whisked
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • Peanut oil for frying
  • Buderim Ginger Sushi Ginger


  • Buderim Ginger Original Ginger Marinade
  • ½ cup Buderim Ginger No Sugar Ginger Beer and Muddled Lime Refresher
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice


  1. Trim chicken fillets and slice into even sized strips
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over sliced chicken strips, mix well
  3. Marinade for a few hours then drain well
  4. Toss chicken strips in cornflour, shaking any excess
  5. Dip chicken into egg mixture, roll in panko & sesame seeds mixture, pushing to coat the chicken well
  6. Chill in fridge
  7. Cook lightly in peanut oil till golden brown & cooked through, drain
  8. Serve with Sushi Ginger & add to your favourite Poke bowl

Can be frozen.
