Ingredients:
- 45ml Blended Scotch Whisky
- 10ml Single Malt Islay Whisky
- 10ml Honey
- 10ml Buderim Ginger Refresher Cordial
- 30ml Lemon Juice
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice into shake and shake.
- Prepare your cocktail glass by placing a large ice cube in the glass. Strain liquid from shaker into glass.
- Garnish with Lemon Twist.
