Chocolate Ginger Truffles

Recipe Chocolate Ginger Truffles


  • 150 grams Buderim Ginger Dark Chocolate Ginger
  • 125 grams ginger nut biscuits
  • 1/4 cup Buderim Ginger Naked Ginger
  • Dash of oil


  1. Process ginger nut biscuits with Naked Ginger till a fine crumb forms
  2. Melt Dark Chocolate Ginger over a double saucepan, until just melted. Let cool
  3. Process Dark Chocolate Ginger until lightly chopped (we have used a stick mixer)
  4. Add Dark Chocolate Ginger melted mixture, to Ginger Crumbs
  5. Add a dash of oil if too firm
  6. Using wet hands, roll a teaspoon of mixture into balls
  7. Set in fridge

For an extra delicious treat, roll the balls in melted chocolate to finish.
