Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
This promotion is open to residents of Australia only, excluding employees and the immediate family of employees of the Promoter, or of its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, or any other person or entity associated with this promotion.
The Promotion commences on the 6thof December 2021 and closes Midnight on the 28th of February 2022 (“Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
To be eligible, entrants must:
Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
Cook/bake/make a dish with a Buderim Ginger product of their choice.
Photograph their dish with product packaging in shot. Post their entry to Instagram, tagging @BuderimGinger and using the hashtag #bgambassador22
Have their Instagram page set as ‘public’ so judges can view.
Agree, should they win, to cook/bake/make a dish with a Buderim Ginger products of their choice share social media content once a month for the 11 months of their Ambassadorship March 2022 to December 2022.
Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Prize includes a Buderim Ginger product pack valued at $250 (which will be sent in instalments through 2022. There are eight prizes to give away.
Winners are selected based on their ginger recipe innovation and social media flair.
Entries are only valid for the “Ambassador Search” when received as per these terms and conditions. At the Promoter’s request, the Prize winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.
The promoter reserves the right to re-post the entries to their social pages at any time, giving credit to the entrant.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors in communication networks, internet access or for the prevention of entry to the promotion. All internet costs incurred in entering the promotion are the entrant’s responsibility and must be made with the consent of the account holder.
The Prize winners will be notified by mail at the address provided in the online entry form. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if a Prize winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided in the online entry form.
The Prize winners should allow 30 days from the date of the prize winner announcement for delivery of the Prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the Prize winners is unable to be contacted within 2 days from the date of the decision, the Prize winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize and a new prize winner will be chosen.
The Prize is not transferable or assignable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the Prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
Except in the case of statutory guarantees (such as under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) or other such liability that cannot be contracted out of, the Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant, winner (or parent/guardian) for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
If the Promoter is unable to provide the stated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize, at its sole discretion of substantially equal or higher value.
All entries are the property of the Promoter. As well as all content provided through the Ambassadorship period. Personal information will be collected generally for the purpose of notifying the Prize winner and to provide promotional information about the Promoter’s products and further promotions and competitions. All personal information will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Buderim Foods Pty Ltd Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting buderimginger.com.
