Buderim Summer Mule (and mocktail!)

Fresh, fizzy and gingery with a squeeze of lime. This Buderim Ginger Mule is summer in a glass. Vodka, mint and Buderim ginger beer or cordial bringing the heat down easy. Ideal for BBQs, long lunches and festive toasts. (makes 1)

Cocktail:

Ingredients

• • 60ml vodka
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 120–150ml Buderim Ginger Beer (to top)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: lime wedge + fresh mint sprig

Method

1. Fill a copper mule mug or tall glass with ice.
2. Add vodka and lime juice.
3. Top with Buderim Ginger Beer and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint.

Mocktail:

Ingredients

• • 45ml Buderim Ginger Refresher Cordial
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • Soda water, to top (about 120ml)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: lime wedge + fresh mint sprig

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add Buderim Ginger Refresher Cordial and lime juice.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig.
