- Chicken wings and drumsticks
- Fresh lemon thyme
- Buderim Ginger Sweet Ginger Sauce
Heat a large pan on medium to high, place chicken skin side down and eventually it’ll start to brown from the fat from the skin. Add garlic and fresh lemon thyme to the oil and place on the chicken pieces to season.
Turn the chicken until both sides are crispy and brown. Should take around 45 minutes or so.
Serve with your preferred dipping sauce. I used @budermginger Sweet Ginger sauce. 🍗🍗
- Don’t overcrowd the pan with chicken pieces.
- Take the chicken out of the fridge 20 minutes before frying.🍴
