With an additional 1/3 cup finely chopped Buderim Ginger Naked Ginger added to the batter – all other ingredients and method were the same from the above recipes.
- Once the cake is cooked and cooled, use a straight edged glass to cut out cylindrical mini cakes from the rectangular slab.
- Split each mini cake in half and add a tbsp of cream cheese icing between layers and on top. Repeat process for all mini cakes.
- Top with fresh raspberries & edible flowers is desired.
