Recipe Good Morning Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of Buderim Ginger Glacé Ginger
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 mango
  • Juice from 1 small lemon
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Method:

Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth.  Serves 2.  The recipe is very flexible and you can adjust the amounts according to your taste.  You can also change the fruit, but orange or yellow fruits work best.  This smoothie is a healthy start to your day and wakes you up!
