• 45ml White Rum
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 4 Lime Wedges
  • Top with Buderim Ginger Beer


  1. In a tall glass, muddle 4 lime wedges. Clap mint leaves into glass. Add white rum & simple syrup. Fill glass with ice, top with ginger beer. Stir.
  2. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and mint sprig
