- 45ml White Rum
- 20ml Simple Syrup
- 4 Lime Wedges
- Top with Buderim Ginger Beer
- In a tall glass, muddle 4 lime wedges. Clap mint leaves into glass. Add white rum & simple syrup. Fill glass with ice, top with ginger beer. Stir.
