Makes
approx. 10 large or 20 small balls
Ingredients
80ml Buderim Ginger Ginger Revitalise Cordial Mixer
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pitted dates, roughly chopped
1/2 cup diced dried apricots
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup almonds, finely diced
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 tsp honey
Pinch salt
Method
- Chop dates, almonds and walnuts into small pieces.
- Blend all dry ingredients, vanilla paste and honey until well combined. Add Ginger Revitalise and blend mixture into a tough dough.
- Remove the blade from the food processor for safe access to mixture or place blended mixture into a large bowl. Then roll into ping pong size balls.
- Place balls onto a lined tray. Refrigerate for one hour. Enjoy!
Helpful Notes
- If the balls are too sticky when rolling, wet your hands to make it easier.
- Once refrigerated, if you find the balls are still a little sticky for your liking, then roll them in sesame seeds.
