GINGER & COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

250ml can Buderim Reduced Sugar Ginger Beer
½ cup white Chia seeds
250ml can coconut cream
1 cup chopped fresh fruit (Blueberries, Strawberries, Pineapple or Mango)

Method

1) In a mixing bowl whisk togetherĀ Buderim Reduced Sugar Ginger Beer, chia seeds and coconut cream.

2) Spoon into 2 serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3) Serve topped with fresh fruit as a healthy dessert or a delicious breakfast.
