Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream (1 scoop per glass)
  • 1 pear (best in season) finely sliced
  • 1 can Buderim Ginger Ginger Beer and Pear per serve
  • Buderim Ginger Glace Ginger, finely sliced (approximately 1 tsp per serve) (optional)

Method:

  1. Pour the ginger beer into a glass until ¾ full. Add the scoop of ice cream and working quickly, gently pour in more ginger beer until full and the ice cream is foaming. Top with a slice of pear and any finely sliced glace ginger if using.
