An old world classic with a fresh new Buderim Ginger twist, this Cherry Bourbon Sour is set to entice. The oldest historical mention of a whisky sour prepared in the world comes from a newspaper published in Wisconsin, USA in 1870. So popular in fact it is regarded as one of the most famous classic cocktails of all time, withstanding the effects of prohibition, which took many other classics into relative obscurity. Make sure you reference your large collection of leather-bound books and rich mahogany when drinking this liquid symphony of pure deliciousness.

50ml Jack Daniels Honey
15ml Black cherry liqueur
10ml Buderim Ginger Refresher Cordial or Buderim Ginger Revitalise Cordial
30ml lemon juice
1 egg white
3 dashes of whiskey barrel bitters

STEP 1 Combine ingredients and shake over ice STEP 2 Serve in a double old fashioned glass (e.g. like the one in this pic) STEP 3 Add a Maraschino cherry to garnish
